(I) Selected method:

1. Calculate the total oil consumption of the system and determine the lubrication interval period.  

2. Determine the pipe length and preset the pipe diameter size.  

3. Determine the viscosity or penetration of oil (fat).  

4. Check local low temperatures.  

5. According to the above items, calculate the pressure damage of the system at low ambient temperature by using the corresponding oil and pipeline accessories from the pump outlet to the remote lubrication point.

Note:

(1) Pipeline pressure loss: P pipe = (P pipe/L) × pipeline length

(2) The pressure loss of each pipe is omitted

(3) ∑P loss = P main +P branch +P distributor +P back pressure +P oil feeding pressure

6. According to the calculation results, select the host whose oil pressure is ≥1.5~2 ∑P damage.

Notes:

1. When selecting the host, the two unchangeable factors such as low temperature and viscosity of oil (or needle penetration of grease) should be considered first, and the "comparative and optimal design method" should be adopted to determine the host, pipe diameter and accessories.  

2. In the case of similar displacement, high pressure main engine should be selected as far as possible.  

3, in the pressure loss difference is not big, as far as possible to choose a thin diameter pipe, in order to reduce the oil, grease in the pipeline storage time.  

4. When the pressure, flow rate or pipe diameter of the host machine cannot meet the requirements of temperature and viscosity (or needle penetration), the system scale should be reduced and the host machine should be increased (if conditions permit, it can also be achieved through the additional heating pipe, but the investment and management costs are high, so it should not be adopted).

(II) Reference standards for piping selection:

The system supervisor shall select the cold-drawn seamless steel pipe in accordance with GB8163-87, and the system branch pipe shall select the drawn copper pipe (or polyester high pressure tubing) in accordance with GB1528-87. It is recommended to use high pressure rubber metal hoses and pipe joints in accordance with GB/T3693-92 standard for pipelines used for movable lubrication points or to use new type polyester high pressure tubing.

(iii) Construction, installation and test machine:

1. The main engine and electric control unit shall avoid dust, wet rain, high temperature, vibration and other environments as far as possible; otherwise, protective facilities shall be adopted; Convenient operation and inspection should be considered during installation.

2. The pipeline and distributor shall be constructed according to the pipeline installation rules, which shall be neat, firm and easy to check and inspect. And pay attention to strictly remove the iron filings, welding slag and dust in the oil line, otherwise block the pipeline and cause operation failure.

3. Before trial operation, check the main engine, electric control, supervisor, accessories, branch pipe and lubrication point one by one by reference to the drawings, instructions and other data, and carry out test after reaching the standard.

(iv) Matters needing attention in commissioning of grease lubrication system:

1. After proper lubricating grease is selected, the main machine can be directly used to fill the pipeline within 50 meters during filling. First, remove and exhaust the lubrication points, and then tighten them one by one until the oil is seen at each port from near to far. Then, manual refueling or automatic refueling will be carried out after starting the machine. In large systems, the main and branch pipes are manually filled first to remove the air, and then the operation is carried out in accordance with the preceding procedure.  

2. During the trial operation, check the pressure gauge first to see if the safety protection device can work normally.  

3. During the test run, if there is abnormal resistance, stop the machine immediately to check whether the piping is compressed or blocked. Is the inlet of the lubrication point blocked? After the problems are solved one by one, debug them again until they work normally.
