Rotate the connector cover counterclockwise, put it on the hose, and screw it as far as possible. To facilitate installation, first apply a layer of oil or grease on the inner thread of the connector jacket or the surface of the hose.
Screw in the straight connector core clockwise from the other end of the connector jacket, leaving a space of about 1mm between the two, as shown in the figure. To facilitate installation, a little oil or grease can be applied to the front surface of the connector core.
After the connectors at both ends of the hose are installed, confirm that the hose is not twisted or deformed. If you find that the hose is deformed, please cut off the deformed part of the hose and repeat the above steps to install it correctly. Otherwise, when the system is working normally and the oil pressure rises, the hose will burst first at the deformed place, even if the system pressure is far from reaching the calibrated burst pressure value of the hose.
