The pump core is tightly processed with European technology. The valve core is matched with the high precision of the hole. Each pump core has undergone strict factory inspection, and the output pressure can reach 350Bar. The internal check valve device has excellent pressure holding performance. Ensure that the pressure of the lubrication terminal is continuously increasing.
Pressure holding performance is an important indicator to judge whether a pump core is good. When the plunger pump core completes a working stroke. The back pressure generated by the grease inside the tubing will cause the pump core to bear reverse pressure, and part of the grease will flow back if the pressure is not maintained. The main reason is that the internal precision of the pump core is insufficient and the sealing is not good. In the application, the output distance of the pump core with poor pressure holding performance is much lower than the theoretical value, especially the overall pressure loss is difficult to control after the external environment is deformed.
