In addition, if the cleaning time is too long, the initial powder layer on the surface of the filter bag will also be cleaned, resulting in the decrease of the filter bag filtration accuracy. However, the dust cleaning time is too short, and the dust on the surface of the filter bag is not completely clean, so filtration begins immediately, and the dust gradually accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, which will also cause the filter bag blockage.

2. Contains water

Moisture is the main cause of filter bag clogging, which is usually caused by condensation at low temperature, especially when dealing with flue gas at high temperature. For this situation, you can use the following methods to prevent: avoid improper boot; Avoid starting the dust collector when the resistance is high; Boot below dew point. If the dust collector operates below the dew point, it is easy to cause problems. If the air intake is not evenly distributed, it is easy to cause local corrosion of the dust collector shell. Therefore, the dust collector should avoid working below the dew point. If starting at a low temperature is unavoidable, an insulation device such as steam or electric heating should be used.

3. Air penetration

It is reported that air infiltration often occurs in the flange of the dust catcher, access door or dust catcher's mobile device, if the seal is not strict, the external air into the dust catcher, when dealing with high temperature flue gas, will produce low temperature area in the dust catcher interior, resulting in low temperature dedew, corrosion dust catcher, resulting in the paste bag of filter bag or plate.

4. High filtering wind speed

It is understood that if the filter wind speed of the dust catcher operation exceeds the design standard of the filter bag, it will also lead to the fine dust in the flue gas into the fiber of the filter bag, resulting in increased blocking resistance of the filter bag.
