I. Appraisal of oil pump after serious damage

(1) Bearing damage: when the pump core seriously damaged multiple damage, as long as there is bearing damage, are deemed to be caused by improper installation. (Because the bearing is damaged first, when the bearing is damaged, the shaft will swing, high-speed swing will cause damage to other parts);

(2) Tank rust: when the pump core is seriously damaged in many places, as long as there is rust, it will be deemed as water in the oil caused by (because the oil is normal, will never rust phenomenon);

(3) Bad oil: when the pump core is seriously damaged, as long as there is dirt in the oil, foreign matter, or oil has become black, it will be deemed as oil dirty, poor oil caused by. And oil dirty easy to heat, resulting in the hydraulic pressure system can not meet the requirements.

(4) Manshaft fracture: try to check the fracture location. If it is the material or the heat treatment is not good, its damage point should be the weak link, that is, the diameter or spline. If it is not in the weak place, the fracture should be regarded as improper installation and caused by too much coaxial deviation.

(5) During the inspection of materials, the composition, metallographic structure and hardness of the materials should be checked. Meanwhile, the sequence and causal relationship of the damaged parts should be analyzed to find out the causes.
