A. The damping hole on the main valve core is blocked, and the hydraulic pressure cannot be transferred to the upper cavity of the main valve and the front cavity of the cone valve, so the guide width will lose its regulating effect on the pressure of the main valve. Because the main valve chamber has no oil pressure and the spring force is very small, the main valve becomes a straight relief valve with very small spring force. In the case of low oil inlet chamber pressure, the main valve core will open the overflow and the system will not be able to establish the pressure. The pressure regulating spring is out of shape or the wrong selection, the leakage in the valve is too large or the guide valve cone width is too worn, etc., which are the basic reasons for the pressure not to reach the fixed value.

B. lubrication pump pilot valve cone seat damping hole jam, cone valve, hydraulic transmission is less than the same pilot valve has lost the adjustment role of the main valve pressure, the damping holes blocked, under no pressure, cone could not open the drain valve, there is no oil flow in the valve, the main valve core on inferior vena oil pressure are equal, the main valve core under the task of spring force in the closed state, can not overflow, overflow valve before the valve pressure rise with the increase of load. When the shearing machine actuator moves to the end point, the external load increases infinitely, and the pressure cylinder of the system increases infinitely.

C. If there is a pressure regulating valve in the remote control of the relief valve of the hydraulic lubrication pump, if the control port is blocked, the pipeline from the control port to the pressure regulating valve is long and there is human air, resulting in abnormal pressure regulation.

D. The sealing ring in the relief valve is damaged, and the main spool and cone spool are worn too much, causing serious leakage inside and outside, making the regulating pressure unstable and even unable to work normally.
